The 47yr old singer and award winner who apparently looks younger than her age took to the stage of the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas to perform. Its quite painful for the singer as this might be the last Christmas she will be spending with her manager husband Rene Angelil who is battling throat Cancer, the couple have three kids together Rene- Charles, 14, and twins Eddy and Nelson aged five, the only hone Celine has of her husband survivng is Faith
